Our services
We provide proposal and engagement photography services, including on-location shoots, image editing, and digital/print delivery of final images.
Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only once a signed booking agreement (or accepted quote) and any required deposit have been received.
- Session details (date, time, location, package inclusions) will be confirmed in writing prior to the shoot.

Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to obtain any permissions required for the chosen shoot location (e.g. venue or park permits, where applicable), and to arrive at the agreed time.
Liability
While we take great care to deliver a high-quality service, photography is subject to circumstances outside our control (weather, venue restrictions, third-party interference, equipment failure). To the maximum extent permitted by the ACL, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to re-supply of the service or refund of fees paid, at our discretion. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, design, and photographs) is owned by Perfect Moment Proposal Photography unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
