By booking a session with Perfect Moment Proposal Photography, and/or by being photographed during a session (including partners, family, and guests present), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Consent to be photographed
You consent to being photographed as part of the booked session, and understand that the resulting images will be edited and delivered as part of the service.
Grant of rights
You grant Perfect Moment Proposal Photography an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and publish the photographs from your session for:
- Portfolio display (website and printed portfolio)
- Social media and marketing materials
- Photography competitions and industry publications
- Promotional use in the ordinary course of the business
...unless you have opted out in writing prior to the session, as set out in our Copyright & Image Usage Rights policy.
No compensation
You acknowledge that no further compensation is owed to you for the use of your images as described above, beyond the services provided.
Third parties in images
If your session includes other people (family, friends, bystanders), you confirm you have made reasonable efforts to inform them that photography is taking place and that images may be used as described in this release.
Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw consent for future marketing use of your images at any time by contacting liam@pattisonmedia.com.au, though images already published or distributed prior to withdrawal may not be able to be fully recalled.
Minors
Where a session includes a minor, consent under this release must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
